For the first time in five years, NC State is sitting at home on Selection Sunday with no hope of earning a bid to the NCAA tournament and hang on I've started crying again. Ahem.
But we're probably all gonna watch the selection show anyway, right? This year they've expanded the show to two hours (extra Gumbel! God bless us all!), and bumped the start time to 5:30. Unless the Big Ten title game (currently in the first half) goes into three overtimes or something.
As for the other tournaments, the NIT has a selection show later in the night, but the others do not. If State ends up in the CBI or whatever, I assume we'll be informed via telegram.
