BURR DODGES AS KEY GOP SENATORS JOIN CALL FOR BIPARTISAN RUSSIA ELECTION PROBE (Washington Post) -- Two Senate Republicans joined demands for a bipartisan probe into Russia’s suspected election interference allegedly designed to bolster Donald Trump as questions continue to mount about the president-elect’s expected decision to nominate a secretary of state candidate with close ties to Russia. Meanwhile, the Senate Intelligence Committee’s chairman, Richard Burr (R-N.C.), said Sunday that the panel “will continue to conduct vigorous oversight of all intelligence matters.” But he made no specific mention of Russia.
