TRUMP TO MEET WITH OUSTED NC GOVERNOR (Politico) -- Donald Trump will meet Wednesday with Pat McCrory, who conceded the state’s gubernatorial race Monday, nearly a month after the election. Roy Cooper, the state’s Democratic attorney general, beat McCrory by about 10,000 votes, even as Trump and the state’s Republican senator both prevailed. Trump will meet with McCrory in New York after attending a transition fundraising breakfast, a transition spokesman announced Tuesday. McCrory joined Trump on the trail in North Carolina during the campaign, but the two were not always on the same page.
