The weekly in-depth look at the best (worst?) moments in ACC schadenfreude.
Apologies for the delay everyone - Memorial Day has my week all thrown off its routine. Anyways, last week the King of all things #goacc, Frank Beamer, reclaimed his throne whilst destroying a Cookout milkshake and getting a pedi. While it was a bit quiet on the #goacc front this week, still have some solid entries for y'all to vote on, so never fear. We've also got a hilarious #suregrin award, a couple of tremendous photoshops, and as always, some wisdom from the world of wrasslin'. Time to vote y'all - which is your #goacc Moment of the Week? Vote below!
1. Do they even try at ESPNU anymore? (h/t @jahendrickson5).
Pretty sure the Raleigh and Louisville Regionals are not being hosted by UNC and Kentucky #goacc http://pic.twitter.com/Cg1bzGRTR9
— Jeff Hendrickson (@jahendrickson5) May 30, 2016
This is outright pathetic. Not only did they show UNC listed as the host of the Raleigh Regional, UNC didn't even make the tournament! Good job, good effort, ESPNU.
2. UNC has apparently discovered how to utilize time travel (h/t @armstrongabc11).
Examined photo from 1991 UNC title and tv screencap from this year's. SAME GUY ON BOTH TEAMS. What sorcery is this? http://pic.twitter.com/tBKM85Kz9h
— Mark Armstrong (@ArmstrongABC11) May 30, 2016
So wait, if the Heels players can travel back in time......what if they traveled back in time to CHANGE THE OUTCOME OF THE NCAA RULING IN THEIR FAVOR?!
All joking aside, that is a rather insane resemblance.
3. Something seems off about this Boston shirt (h/t @bcinterruption).
Nailed it http://pic.twitter.com/rtdpVARyyJ

Boston College University? Of course, I guess I shouldn't be surprised this linked to a website called gamethreadz dot com. The Z makes them extra cool, after all.
4. The ACC Baseball tournament title game almost ended in hilarious fashion (h/t @ericluallen).
The only thing I see addressed in the ACC manual is if the game isn't played, the ACC's automatic bid into regional would be the #1 seed.
— Eric Luallen (@EricLuallen) May 29, 2016
There was some heavy rain in the area this past Sunday during the championship game, which ultimately was completed after about 9 hours of off and on playing. But man, to have the auto-bid decided by rain would've been oh so VERY #goacc.
5. Marquise Williams, signed by the Green Bay Packers, has a rather ironic tweet.
Learning from the legend A-Rod #Go Pack!!! http://pic.twitter.com/XQLMFZM4kk

LOL, this is so great.
the #suregrin award.
This week's winner goes out to Jacksonville Jaguars DL Luke Bowanko, who got absolutely owned by the Durham Bulls Twitter account:
Just because you're a professional athlete doesn't mean you can outwit good social media users. Luke got wreckt. http://pic.twitter.com/i4cn8oN9k5

Don't mess with the Bulls, Luke. It's not going to end well for you.
The best photoshops of the week!
First, let's start with renowned photoshop king @World_Wide_Wob, who's Steph Curry/Star Wars GIF is just absolutely perfect:

Totally and utterly brilliant.
Next, people continue to get more and more creative with the Crying Jordan meme, and this one below might be the most creative one I've seen to date:

Like, how is someone going to top this? This is incredible.
And now, for your moment of wrasslin'...
THE JIM ROSS BAH GAWD MOMENT OF THE WEEK!!
If you haven't been watching the NBA Playoffs, you've probably missed Draymond Green's...um...wild antics...none moreso than when he practically DDT'd himself. Take it away, JR!
Draymond Green gets DDT'd, as called by Jim Ross! https://t.co/TmZjs1VxA3

Have a great weekend everyone!
